I couldn't have asked for a better location, sitting right on the best swimming beach in Mexico and offering attentive service. The rooms were functional and comfortable throughout my month-long stay in December. The services, especially from Elizabeth, the maid who has been there as long as I have, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The dining experience with freshly baked croissants was delightful. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel has a prime location right on Playa Madera beach, with friendly staff and excellent surroundings. However, there are privacy concerns in some rooms due to potential intrusion and noise from nearby construction activities. The room assigned to us was not as private as we would have liked, and there were disturbances from construction work during the day. The future addition of a beach bar might cause further privacy issues for guests in certain rooms.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic with a private outside kitchen, living room, and a deck facing the beach offering stunning views. The only downside was the many stairs to navigate without an elevator. The service was top-notch, with responsive staff and fantastic Wi-Fi. The location couldn't be better, right on the best swimming beach in Mexico and close to everything. The dining experience was excellent, especially the pho. Overall, a great value for the money.
